Our AI handles after-hours calls with human-like empathy, books appointments, and ensures our clients never lose a customer to a voicemail box again. We are small, agile, and founder-led, and we're looking for driven sales partners to join us on the ground floor.

The Role

We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join us as a key partner. You are the "Opener."

Your mission is to connect with high-priority leads, run our proven sales scripts, and schedule qualified demos for our "Closer." This is a role for a true self-starter who wants to be a core part of a slim, agile team and be rewarded directly for the results they drive.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Prospect: Call and email prospects from our high-priority target lists.

• Execute the Playbook: Use our battle-tested sales scripts to grab attention and build value in the first 30 seconds.

• Qualify & Nurture: Identify the prospect's pain points and determine whether they are a good fit for our service.

• The Handoff: Your primary goal is to book a qualified demo ("Qualified Handoff").

• Track Everything: Maintain accurate but straightforward records of all your outreach and deal stages in our shared tracker.

Our Compensation Structure

This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor (1099) role. We believe in high rewards for high performance, and our compensation is transparent and straightforward:

You earn a direct, uncapped commission on all net revenue from the deals you source.

Our deal sizes range from $9,000 to $24,000+. If you source a $24,000 deal that closes, you earn a direct commission on that one deal. We provide the leads, the scripts, and the closing support—you provide the hunger and the skill to connect with them.
